The Olympics coming up this week is inspiring the athlete within me. Starting the day with a healthy power punch breakfast is essential for any athlete or any busy person for that matter. Here is my Vegan Chocolate Acai Protein Smoothie for an idea.
Vegan Chocolate Acai Protein Smoothie
2 C of Coconut Milk
4 Ice cubes of frozen coconut milk
1 Organic banana
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1/2 C Raw Cacao powder
1/4 C Organic Hemp seeds
1/4 C Pea and Cranberry Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Acaiacai Powder
Blend all in a high speed blender and enjoy.
