My whole life has been about being an athlete, achieving goals, being fit and feeling good about myself. At the age of 10, I was in the skating rink 20 hours per week, developing my body and mind into an elite athlete and following my passion for a sport that required athleticism, grace and discipline. This dedication led me to a professional figure skating career, where for 17 years, I further developed the artistic side of the performance aspect of figure skating. Lately, I took the athleticism to a whole new level becoming an adagio pair skater.
Now as a mom of two small boys, I continue to perform in shows when I can and I am currently developing the production side of my professional skating carreer. Leading a life as an elite athlete, I gained a lot of knowledge in nutrition, strength and endurance training. This life long education inspired me to become a Personal Trainer.
In 2015 I became certified as a personal trainer (Well-come Personal Trainer Education and TRX Suspension Certification) and am now enjoying sharing my passion for training. I am also a Certified Level 2 Competitive Figure Skating Coach and have many years of experience training athletes.
